NARENDRA MODI Prime Minister of India (from May2014). He is one of prominent leaders of Bharatiya Janatha Party (BJP). He is the former Cheif Minister of Gujarat(2001-2014). He played a important role behind the Gujarat position as global brand and great industrial destinantion.

According to Modi family tradition, he had a child marriage at age of thirteen (13)with Jashodaben. but he never accepted this marriage as he inclined towards Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh(RSS) and Modi decided to lead a bachelor life.
At the age of 15 he volunteered to serve the soldiers during Indo-Pak war (1965). He was very interested in lifestyle of ascetics and he ran to Himalayas (where he stayed at Garudachatti) and strayed their for 2 years with sadhus and he studied Hindutva, which changed the course of his life. He travelled across the various parts of country and that was the time for spiritual awakening in his life that connected him to Swami Vivekananda a man he always admired.
His brother Soma modi, is a retired health officer and now he is running a old-age home in Ahmadabad city. Another brother Prahlad modi has own fair-price shop in Ahmadabad. Third brother Pankaj modi is an employee of Information Department in Gandhi nagar.

Modi political career:
Modi likes the structure of RSS, and at his early age of eight(8) he joined Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS), and began attending its local shakhas and assemblies of Balsangh. He became pracharak 1972, he gave his full time to RSS. Modi brought up steadily with RSS hierarchy, and association with RSS organization significantly benefited his political career.
During 1960's India-Pakistan war he is just 15 and he volunteered to serve the soldiers traveling through railway stations. Modi was mentored by laxman Rao Inamdar(vakhil saheb).
As a youth, he became a member od Akhil Bharathiya Vidhya Parishath (ABVP), involved in anty-corruption. After working full time with them Modi was noticed for his hard work,organizing skills and sense of humor, he was nomited as its representative of the BJP (Bharatiya Janatha Party).partnering with Shankersingh Vaghela, Narendra Mosi began a strong crade in Gujarath.
He rose within the party and helping organise L.K Advani's Ayodya rath yatra in 1990. And also Murli Manohar Joshi's Ektha rath yatra (Journey for unity) in 1991-92. And a similar north organization of rath yatra from Kanyakumari in Southern India to Kashmir. And impressing everyone with electoral strategy in state election held in 1995.
BJP tasted the victory, Modi relished his new post as party's General Secretary. Modi who is the workaholic and loyal "sevak moved to New Delhi to take his new responsibility of managing the party's activities in Himachal Pradesh and Haryana.
